this little dude here is currently printed in Hidden arsenal 4 booster pack
Attribute: light
types: beast/tuner
level: 1
atk/def: 200/100
effect: During your Main Phase, you can discard 1 "Fabled" monster to Special Summon this card from your hand.

i love this little guy because it has a cute artwork (especially the demon ) XD
